Birth Choices after Caesarean Workshop
The aim of the Birth Choices after Caesarean workshop is to inform and educate women on the options available for women after having a caeserean birth.
Topics included:
- Making sense of the statistics
- Exploring your previous birth through creative expression and debreifing
- Exploring the options available for your next birth
- Birthing within the system, how to make it work

The venue has ample parking, comfortable facilities and créche room available (additional costs for childcare).
The workshops are held on a saturday, 9 am till 5 pm.
Included in the cost of $120 for one person $170 for a couple:
