I was at a wonderful homebirth thursday/friday and the birthing mist was used lots, it was used to spray onto the cold facewashers which cooled down the woman's face and neck, directly onto the face when asked and onto towels draped over the birthing pool where she rested her head. It is such a gorgeous aroma and a great way to get refreshed. The massage blend for labour was used aswell, a great help for early labour, especially on the shoulders / back and on the feet.
